Frenchchef4you, goes beyond the service of at home entertaining. The company is a family passion, not a business, and therefore we cultivate the experience for you, to be as if it were taking place in our own home. The desire is to have the host and hostess relax, as if they too were attending the festivities, rather than attending to all the details. Gatherings of every kind should feel this way; this is at the heart of how we tend to the planning of each experience, and it is always a time to be remembered on many levels.

An appointment is scheduled and the details of the gathering are organized. From menu selection to the choice of wines that would best complement the evening. We set the table using the clientele's own tableware and if needed fresh flowers, candles or a center piece can be used from clienteles own accessories or purchased. Once all the planning is in place, we do all the shopping. Though we tend to keep our parties small and intimate we do accommodate larger groups and if needed, we will suggest rental companies that can assist in the set up.

Once the French chef is at the house, you can relax. The creation of a fabulous evening will begin. The delicious aroma of the foods being prepared, the table setting, and the wine breathing, or being chilled, will allow you to get ready with ease. The French chef at times will personally serve his dishes, however, there will be a staff member with him at all times for when he can't. At the evenings end your home will be left in an immaculate fashion.

They say, passion begins for some at birth, add to that theory, growing up in the town of Lyon, in the region of Rhone, France, and a childhood surrounded by the splendor off fine wines, cheeses, and a culture that thrives on the best ingredients for their food, infused with an innate palette for true French cuisine, a chef was, in time...to emerge. It began at the tender age of nine, a phone call from a busy mom, stuck in traffic, calling her son to make spaghetti. Forgetting to add the main ingredient, butter, the future chef began the task of mastering the delicate balance into the artistry, of bringing ingredients to creation. Having a father that attended a chefs school in Thonon, France, on some level the tradition was to be past down. However, as with most young men, they have a need to forge their own unique path, and that's exactly what the talented chef not only set out to do, but became a success at what he does best...creating a divine experience for those who appreciate the tastes, aroma's, and pleasures of a global desire...to enjoy the laughter, conversation, and exquisite sensation's of delicate yet at times decadent cuisine with our families and friends. And as the ancient stories are told, to raise our glass and give acknowledgment to all that we are about to enjoy...the table of bounty before us.

Fees:

Hourly rates begins at $85 per hour for small parties, then will be customized to accommodate larger gatherings. A 20% service charge will be added for wait staff and or cleaning crew
